I’ve always wanted a second monitor because I handle multiple documents, and a bigger screen for my Mac would be really helpful. The Nvision brand kept popping up on my TikTok feed, so I decided to give it a try. This is the N2455-PRO 24" White 100Hz IPS.
So far, the screen is really good! Of course, coming from a MacBook, you’ll notice a difference in display, but you’ll get used to it quickly. It’s also very affordable, so I highly recommend it. BUT, if you plan to use it as a second display, you’ll need an HDMI-to-Type-C connector.
To complete my desk setup, I needed a keyboard and mouse — and this one’s perfect! It’s wireless via Bluetooth, and the keyboard can connect to 3 devices while the mouse handles 2. I also love that this brand does live selling, so you can ask questions in real time. They have tons of keyboards, too — definitely worth checking out!”
Of course, I needed a new desk, and I found this sleek, thin table that fits perfectly in my room — the Carbon Fiber Computer Table I bought (140×60 cm). It’s easy to assemble as long as you follow the instructions. It’s also claimed to be scratch-resistant, which is a plus, and it’s very easy to clean. I love the way it looks too!
Honestly, I didn’t think this would work out — but it totally exceeded my expectations! 😆 My monitor’s a bit heavy for it, but it still holds up fine. It looks super modern, was easy to assemble (the manual was actually clear for once!), and the version I got can hold both a laptop and a desktop. Just a tip: message the seller first to check which monitors fit, or you might have a hard time setting it up if yours is too heavy!
This docking station felt too good to be true! When I checked at the mall, the price was around ₱2,000 — I was like, nope, not today. 😅 So as usual, I searched on TikTok and found a similar one for just a little over ₱200. When I first used it, it didn’t work right away — it kept blinking, and the display wouldn’t show. I checked my MacBook’s display settings (it was already connected), then I tried closing my MacBook to see if that would do the trick… and it worked! Not sure how, but this super affordable docking station actually works and is still going strong. What a lifesaver!
